At Buyer Den, we aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. If unsatisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy ensures you can return items easily and conveniently.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Return an Item
Initiate a Return: Log in to your Buyer Den account and navigate to the ‘Orders’ section. Select the item you wish to return and click ‘Return’.
Prepare the Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Shipping: Print the return label provided and attach it to the package. Drop off the package at the nearest courier service or schedule a pickup if available.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for store credit to use on future purchases.
Exchange Policy
Size/Color Exchange: If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
